Build leaders for Civil Air Patrol Emergency Services that are experts in wilderness search and rescue and disaster response, operating in challenging, protracted, and austere search environments, and leading the way in advancing CAP ground search and rescue capabilities.

OBJECTIVES

Seamlessly integrate into the wing and tiered school environment with Cadet Professional Development opportunities offered year-round

Provide support to group and home squadron Cadet Programs through site visits, Cadet SAVs, and partnership with Wing CAC

Continue to improve and restore vital relationships with Fort Indiantown Gap and with other organizations across the state

Increase branding and marketing in order to maximize exposure across the wing, region, and nation to build pride and recognition among supporters, graduates, students, and staff
